Item was received with one burner inoperable

First experience with a Frigidaire appliance set. Set was purchased from Home Depot and installed through Home Depot. I purchased the 30™€ range, fridge and oth microwave. The range was delivered and installed with one back burner inoperable. Range works as advertised as well as the fridge and microwave. Microwave seems more powerful then a 1000 watt output compared to prior oth until installed. Range will be replaced in a week but otherwise overall happy with my purchase and price standpoint. I™€™m sure the issue with the burner is due to poor quality control

We bought a 3-pack of Frigidaire kitchen appliances including range, fridge, and dishwasher. My only complaint is that the smooth cooktop on the range immediately became hard to clean and polish after the first time something boiled over. Everything else is good to go.

But this stove is such an improvement over our old on. First of all the controls are in the front and accessible to me. As I am in a wheelchair I was always in danger of burning myself reaching for the controls on the other stove. Then the "burner on" and "hot surface" lights are wonderful as I need to know these things. Thank you Frigidaire!

That porcelain stovetop

Discovering the uses of the new stove in bits and pieces. It is better to grill a piece of meat and bake a "concoction" (meat loaf, chicken pie, in other words anything made out of several ingredients). Omelettes come out better via cast iron but pancakes from a metal pan. And absolutely anything you do on the stovetop leaves its mark on the stovetop so must be cleaned after every use. Used cast iron yesterday which left some muck that the manual (which didn't come with the appliance but I had to download thank you very much) said I can only remove with a razor! A bit scared of that.

I ordered my appliance (range) on 7/2/24 still did not arrive yet. I picked the delivery date on 7/12/24 and got an confirmation email from Frigidaire that delivery & installation will take place on 7/12/24 according to that info I took the day off from work. I didn™€™t receive any call from the delivery company so I happened to contact Frigidaire for the status by chatting on 7/12/24, per customer service rep delivery date moved to 7/15/24 between 7:30A-11:30A delivery time without any notification from Frigidaire. Then I called the Frigidaire spoke with a live agent, women was giving me attitude on the phone like it was my fault why I took off from work. I advised the women I received the confirmation email for 7/12/24 delivery date and she asked me if I want return the order? I said I™€™ll wait two more days till the 7/15/24. I took an other half day off from work and still didn™€™t receive my order. I contact Frigidaire again on the 7/15/24 and spoke with a different agent she informed me that it™€™s just a estimate date to leave the order from Frigidaire warehouse to go to the delivery company then delivery person will contact me when they can deliver my order. Today is 7/17/24 I still don™€™t know what is the status of my order™€¦ so yeah Thank you Frigidaire.
